The Challenge

HPCC, a High Performance Computing facility for Texas Tech University, was looking for opportunities to save staff time by deploying technologies that increase reliability and decrease time to deliver the service. Their job is to deliver support in ways that empower researchers to do their best work, but their time to do that is at a premium, as it is in most university and lab settings.
